Kakabeka Half Marathon Pre Race- Thunder Bay Event Photography

I've been hired to photograph the upcoming Kakabeka Falls half marathon on August 19th. A few of the runners were out this past weekend for a practice run, I took the opportunity to check out the course and try to get my timing down. I definitely want to get some photos of the starting area, there's 182 runners this year last I heard, maybe set up at a couple spots along the course, and try to get all the runners at the finish line. I'll have to really hustle though because the race winner last year finished the 13 miles in 80 minutes!
